by law end in ecrn~ance with the provlsions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence fot end ageinst seid proposed variance and to investigate and meke findings and recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commiasion, eher duo inspection, investi~etion, and study made,by itself and in its behelf,
end efter due conside~ation of all evidenc~i ead sepods offered as seid hearing, does f:~1d end detem~ine the Eollowing
facta:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Muaicipal Code: SeCtion 18.80.080 to permit
relocation of residence.
2, Thet there ere exceptionai oc extraordinery circumsteqces or cimditions applicable to the propeity involved
or to the intended use of the pmperty that do not :~Qply generally to the~ properEy or class of use in the same vicinity

3. That the requested varience is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of e substentiel pmperty right
poasessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, end denied to the ptopedy in question.
4. Thet the requested verience will not be materially detrimental to the publlc welfete or injurious to the pmp-

+'~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning ~ommission does hereby gwnt subject
Petition foi Variance, upon ~he following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary pcerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the suSject property in o:der to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens ofthe City of
Aneheim.
1. Development substantially iq accordance with Exhibit No. 1.
2. Subject to City Council approval of a house moiing permii;.
3. Installation of driveways on Brady Avenue in accordance with the adopted sta~ndard
plans on f ile in tne Office of the City Engineer.
4. Payment of a Park and Recreatian Fee of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be collected
as part of the Building Permit.
5. Time Zimitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the acco~nplishment of
Item No. 1.
