A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISS[ON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0~3~ BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Pem,itfrom LONG BEACH BANANA DISTRIBUTORS, INCORPORATED, 1419 Magnolia Avenue, Long Beach,
California, Owners; JOHN H. .Ifi~YIN, 5230 Clark Street~ Suite 11, Lakewood, California, Agent
of .certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Caunty bf Orange, State of Calif-
~ ornia as follows; Lot Nos. 236 and 237 in Tract 2377 and further described as 903 and 904

' WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hail in the City of Anaheim on
, Mdy 28~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
i,~ law and in accordance with the provisions of the Maheim MunicIpal Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
;~ for and against seid pcoposed rnnditional use and to investigete and make findings and recommendetions in connection
! thetewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behelf,
and aEter due consideration of all evidence and repods offered at said heerinB, does find and determine the following fads:
1. That the ptoposed use is properly one for which a CondItIonel Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:
on sale alcoholic beverages.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad~oining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That one person ap~eared before the Commission representing 48 neighboring apart-
ment owners and tenents in opposition to sub~ect petition.
4. That the proposed.use was not compatible with the C-1, NEIGFBpRH00D OOMMERCIAL ZANE
use and development of the subject area.
