KUEHN, 318 West LincOln Avenue, Anaheim, California,Agents of certain real property situated
.; in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as follows, Lot 19 in Tract
'? 498, and further described as 1f328 Mountain View, Anaheim, California

WHEF.EA~, the City Planning Commission did hold a publlc heering at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
May 2A~ 1962~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of oeid pub2ic hearing heving beep duly given as required by
lew end in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Munlcipel Code, Chepter 18:64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against seid proposed conditional use and to investigete and make Eindings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, after due inspectIon, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf,
end after dua consideretIon of all evidence end repotts offered et said heering, doea find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditlonal Use Peicmit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a beer tavern.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad~oining land uses and the growth ~
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locai:ed. ?
3. That the proposed use was not compatible with the area, and would not upgrade the
area.
4. That two persons appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition, and that a petition with
102 signatures were presented in opposition to subject petition. ,
