A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT P.ETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 241 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom FRITZ GOOSSENS, 2401 North Park Boulevard, Santa Ana, California, Owner; JAMES M. DEOOT, 2828 East Coast Hiway, Corona Del Mar, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set f orth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on May 28~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clack P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and egainst seid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and meke findings end recommendetions in connection therewith; end WHEREAS, said Commission, efter duz inspection, iavestigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, end after due considecation of all evidence end reports offeced at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for whicb a Conditional .Us~ Pennit is eu«crized by this Code, to wit: establish a school. 2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the ecea in which itis pcoposed to be located. 3. Thet the size end shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the proposed use in e menner not detrimentel to the particalar a:ea nor to the peace, health, cafety, er,d genera2 welfece of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. 4. Thet the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel to the peece, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. 6. That subJect property was located in a compatible area of land use. 7v That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
