THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2a'~ BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City oE Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditiona(
Use Permitfrom G~RGE E. and CAROLINE J. SIBBETT, 61 Lagunita, Laguna Beach, CAlifcrnia,
Ownersi E. A. DANIELL COMPANY, 2350 Huntington Drive, San Marino, California, Age~t of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public heering at the City Hali in the City of Anaheim on
May 2R~ 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said pubiic hearing having beep duly given es requi:ed by
lew end in eccordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and rnnsider evidence
for end against said proposed conditionel nae end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewIth; end
WHEREAS, said Commisslon, efter due inspection, inveatigetion, end atudy mede by iYself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of ell evIdence and repotta offered at seid heering, does find and determine She following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is propecly one for which e Conditlonal Use Rermit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a trailer park.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining l~nd uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the proposed use would be an encroachment in an M-1, Light Manufacturing, Zone.
y~ 4. That the proposed use will be a detriment to future development of the land into
M-1, Light Manufacturing, Zone use.
5. That one person appeared in opposition.

NOW, THER~FORE, BG IT RE50LVED thet the Maheim City Plenning Commission does hereby deny subject
Pe4ition for Conditional Use Permit on the basis of the eforementioned findings.
