June 11~ 1962~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public headng having been duly given as re9uiced by
law and in eccordanca with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and egeinst said proposed conditionel uae end to investignte and meke findings end recommendetions in connection
thecewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commisesion, efter due inepection, iavestigetion. end study mede by itself end in its behalf, end
efter due consideration oE ell evidence ar.d reports ofEered et said headng, does Eind end determine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use ia properly one for which e Conditionel.Use Permlt is authorized by this Code, to
wit: construct a motel and restaurant.
2. Thet the proposed uae will not edvecsely effect the edjoining lend usea end the growth end development of
the acea in which itis proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed Eor che use is adequate to allow the full development oEthe
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the perticuler erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end generdl welfere
of the Citizens of the City oE Meheim.
4. That the gcantlng of the Conditional Use Pexmit under the conditions impoaed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to the peece, health, safety, end generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5~ That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon
the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
