That the proposed use is properly one for which a Condltional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: estabiish a Nultiple Family Planned Unit development and a service station. 2. That the proposed use will not edversely affect the edjoining lend nses and the gcowth and development of the azea in which it i~ pcoposed to be located. 3. That the size and 3heoP of the site pcoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development ofihe propased use in a manner not de~ .~ •.:atal to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfan; of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4.
