Petition for Vedence, upon the following conditions which aee hereby found to be a necessary prerequisitc to the pro-
posed use of the subject pmperty in order to preserve the~ saEety and genere! welfe:e of the Citizens of the Ciry of
Maheim.
1. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2 provided that the
dwelling units and garages be reversed so tha•t the dwelling units will encroach in the
;~ rear yards and that the garages will be located between the existing and proposed single
family dwellings in such a manner that adequate turning radius is provided for access into
the proposed garaqes.
:'~; 2. Sub~ect property consisting of two recorded parcels and presently having a commor~
: ownership shall remain in common ownership, and further provided that this conditional
,;;+„ variance approval be recorded.
