B. B. 8 M., f iled iri Book 1, page 55 of Record af Surveys in the.office of the county recorder of~Orange County, Cal- ifornia. That ].arge parcels of land abutting subject.property are still undeveloped • which could po:ssibly be used for R-1, One Family development, and that subject petition would then be incompatible with this development. 5. That subject petitian represented a substandard R-3, Multiple Family development and would be an infringement on the R-3, zoning of the Anaheim Municipal code. ` 6. Applicant s~ated he was the builder of the motel on Bristol Street in Costa Mesa where a sign advertised batchelor apartments, and which the applicant admitted was identical to the proposed development.
