Thet the petitloner proposes e eeclassificetion of the above described property from the R-ly One Family Residential, Zone to the C-1, Nelnhborhood Commercial, Zone (restricted to Medical Offices), to .establish a medical off ice. 2.. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is not necessaay and/or desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community. 3; That the proposed reclassif~cation of subiect property does not properly relate to the zones and ~cheir pe.mitted uses locally established in close ~;s:oximity to sub~ect prop- erty and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the community. 4. That the proposed reclassification was not compatible to the area, that if sub~ect petitfon were approved, a precedent would be set for the entixe area.
