That 4he petitioner requests e variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code: 6eCtion 18.32.080 (2) to permit an encroachment of pr~posed garages into the required side yards; and Section 18032.050 (2) to permit construction of a multiple family development on a fifty-five (55) foot minimum lot width. 2. That thece ece exceptional or extraerdinary ciccumstenees oc conditions epplicable to the property involved :x to 4he intended use of the pcoperty that do not app!y genecally to the property oc class of use in the seme vicini!y end zone. 3.
