on June 25 ~ 1962, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in eccordettco with the pmvisioas of the Anaheim Municipal Codo, Chaptec 18.68,to hear and consider
evideace for end ~gairtst seid ptopored verlence end to investigete and make findings and recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEI2EAS, aeid ~ommiaelon, aftet due inspecUon, investigaUon, end study mede by itself end in its behelf,
and aftec due consideretlon of all evidence and repods offeeed as seid hearing, does find and detern~ine the following
fects:
1. That the petitioner reaaests e verience fcom the Anaheim Municipal Code: Section 18.24.030 (3) to
permit an encroachment of thirteen (13) feet in order to construct an addition to an exist-
ing single family residence.
2. That the:e ere exceptional oi extraordinary circumstences or conditions applicable to the property involved
oe to the intended use of the pmpeety that do not apply generally to the pcoperty or cless of use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. Thet the reqaested va:ience is necessary for the pseservation and enjoy~ ~at of a substantial properry right
possessed by other propert!~ in the seme vicinity ond zone, end denied to the pmperty in question.
4. That the requested verience will not be meterielly detrimental to the public welfase or injarious to the pmp-
erty or improvemen4s in such vicinity end zone in which the pcoperty is located.
