A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 255 BE GRAN'iED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiscion of the City of Aneheim dId rece:ve e vedEIed Petition for Conditional
Use Permit from FIARENCE FIT~ERALD, 311 West Katella, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain
real property situa~ed in the City of Anaheim, Coun~y of Orange, State of California, as
followst Lot No. 17 in Tract 3535, and further described as Northeast corner of Laatrice
Lane~ and Mountain View

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiasion did hold e public hearing at the City Hell in the City of An~ahelm on
JUn@ 25~ 19b2y et 2:OU ~'clock P.M., notice of said publia hearing having been duly ~iven es requiced by
lew and in eccordence with the provielons af the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.54, to hea; and ~onsider evidence
for and egeinst said proposed wndit(onal use and to investigate and meke findings end cecommendations in aonnection
the:ewlth; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, iavestigetion, and atudy made by itself end in its behelf, end
efter due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects;
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for wtiich e Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: construct a recreation center.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth end development of
the erea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the aize und shape of the site propoaed for the use is adEquete to allow the full develo~~n ~nt of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the pecticuler erea nor to the peece, health, sefety, and generel welfare
of the Citizens of the City oE Meheim.
4. Tctat the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimentel
ta the peace, health, safery, nnd general welfece of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That tfie granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed~ if
any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and ganeral welfare of the Citizens
of the City.of Anaheim.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition.
. 7. That the proposed use is in an R-3 multiple family development, that owing to the
use o£ said recreation center being limited to the sole.use of the tenents, on site parking
requirements should nat be considered as being applicable to an R-3 development. •

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVEB.thet the Meheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionui Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ara he:eby found to be a necessary p:erequisite
to the proposed use oE the subJect pcoperty in ordet to preserve the sefety aad ge~~erel welfere of the Citizens of the
; City of Anaheim: • '
! 1. Deve?npnent substantially in accordance with .Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
!~ I 2. Provision .that deed restrictions be f iled limiting the use of sub~ect recreational
