WHEREAS, saId Commission, after due inspection, 3nvestigation, and study mede by it~elf enc in its behelf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered as seid headng, does find and deteimine Yhe following
facts: ~
1. Thet the petitioner requests a varience from th~ Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18.32.060 t0 Complete
a two story apartment building.
2. That the propcsed dPVelopment is ir:compatible with the existing single family
residential development ~withinone hundred fifi,y (150) feet of subject property; and that
although an error was made in checicing the hei~~ht limitation.in_GOnnection with the issuance
of a building permit for the proposed construction, did not constitute waiver of the Code
requirements for multiple family developments.
3. Tha+, two persons appeared in opposition to sub3ect petition, one of whom presented
a petition signed by thirty-four (34) neighboring property owners opposing subject petition;
that one petitionf signed by forty-two (42) neighboring residents was presented by the
petitioner approving subject petition; and that two letters signed by fi~~e persons were
xeceived in oppositicn to subject petition.
