WINGFIELD, 2525 Gramercy Avenue, Anaheim, ~aliforn~a, Owners; ADD-A-ROOM CONSTRUCTION CORPORA7ION, 1777 Newport Boulevard, Costa Mesa, California, Agent of certain real property situated.in the City of Anaheim, Couni:y of Orange, State of Cal- ' ifornia as followss Lot 95 in Tract 2118, and further described as 2525 Gramercy Avenue, Anaheim, California ; and , WHEREAS, the City Pienning Commisafnn did hold a public headng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on July 9~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es requirnd by law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Aneheim hiunicipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider ~ evidence for end against said proposed veriance and to inves~igate end meke findings and ~ecommendations in connec- tion therewith; and ' WFIEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, invesUgation, and study mede b~ itself and 'u~ its 6ehalf, and efter due consideratlan of all evIdence and reporte offmred es seid heering, does find c:;;l determine the following , facta: 1. Thet the~petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipel Code: Section 1b. 24.030 (3) to construct an addi;;ion to an exisiting single family residence. 2. That there are exceptionel or extraordinary circumstences or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. Thet the requested verience is necessary for the preservation end enjoyment of e substantiai property right posseased by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested verience will not be metsrielly detrimentel to the Qublic welfere or 3njurIous to the pmp- erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which ;he property is loceted. ' S.
