A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY ~F ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE P~RMIT 263 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Co~mission of the City of Meheim did receive a vecified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom ~~ND C. and FIARENCE L. TROUTMAN~ 816 North Zeyn Street, Anaheim, Califor-
nia, Owner.s; .WILLIAM.P.. WEBB~ 407.California Bank Building, Anaheim, California, Agent of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
as descr?bed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in
full
; and
WHEREAS, the City PlanninP Commission did ho:d a public heaeing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
July 9~ 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., no:ice of said pubiic hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the pcovisions of the Aneheim Municipai code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egeiaet said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
the:ewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study'made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence end repocts offered at said hearing, does find snd determir.e the following facts:
1. That the pcoposed use is pcoperly on.e for which s Canditional.UsP Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish an automobila sales agency building and lot~
2. That the proposed use will not adveesely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the aree in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shepe of the site pcoposed £or the use is adeque:e to allow the full development of the
pcoposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particular acea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the grsnting of the Conditional Use Pernut under the conditions imposed, if, any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, safery, end generdl ~•relfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That i:he traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and inproved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NO1V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim C:ty Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary pcerequisite ~
to the proposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the ~
City of Anaheim: ,
1. Dedication of forty (40) feet frap the.monumented centerline of Los P.ngeles Stree•c ?
(34.75 feet existing).
2a Provision of a threa (3) foot :public utility easement and a two (2) foot overhang ;
easement along the westexly boundary of subject property to adequately serve the subject
property and other prope:ties, at the.time of the installation of service facilities.
3. Time.limitatian .of one hundred..eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item
No. 1.
4. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
