.Association, in cooperation with the Hospital Council of Southern California and the Orange '~
County Dep~artment of Public Health,.an opportunity to conduct a joint survey of the fiospital
picture in the Anaheim and surrounding a*eas, said survey to include a study of the existing ,`
hospital faailities, the present population being served by the existing facilities, a '
forecast of population growth, and the additfonal hospital facilities necessary to care .~
for the anticipated growth, as well as the standard of hospital care and services being

~NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditioaal Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are he~eby found to be a necessery pcerequisIte
to the proposed use of the subJect propert,y in order to preser-re the safety and general welfare ofthe Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: .
1. Dedication of fi£ty-three. (53)_ feet from the mnnumented center.line of Ball Road '
(30 feet existing). i
2. Pr.eparation.of .street improvement~plans.and installation of.all improvements for
Ball Road.subject to the appr.aval of .The Cit~ Engineer and in acco~dance witri the adopted
standard plans.on f3le.in the off3ce of the City Engineer.
..3.~ Payment of .S2.OO per front foot f.ar s~reet.lighting purposes on Ball Road.
4. Provisian of trash.storage areas as determined by the Depastm.ent of Public Works,
Sanitation Division which are adequate in size, accessible to trash-truck pickup and adequately +:,
enclosed by a sulid fence or wall prior to Final Building Inspection.
5.. Provision of. a.modified cul-de-sac at the terminus of Oaklawn Drive within the
present.street dedication subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
6. Installation of fire hydrants as determined to be re cessary by the City of Anaheim
Fire Marshall to provide adequate fire protection prior to Final Building Inspection.
7. Access drives shall be a minimum of twenty-one (21) feet in width with adequate
angle cut=.offs provided or a minimum of twenty-eight (28) feet in width if no cut-off s
are provided and•in all cases shall havP a minimum vertical clearance of fourteen (14) feet.
8. Time limitation of one hundred..eighty.(180~ days for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1,
2, 3, and 5.
9. Developnent substantially in accordancs with Exhihit Nos. 1, 2, and 3~ provided that
said approvai shaii not apply to the proposed medical offices.
10. Provision of all necessary air conditioning equipment to be installed in such a
manner so as not to destroy the esthetic qualities of the elevztions presented.
11. Subject to the written approval of the State of California Department of Public ~
Health d.rior to issuance of a business license for the hospital.
12. Provision"of a six (6) foot masonry wall to'be constructed along the easteproperty line
of. s!Abject property where said walls do not exist.
