R. D. BOGGS, 17117 South Clark, Bellflower, California, Owners of certain rsal property sitvated in the City o£ Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as follordss Lot No. 12 of Tract No. 4612, except for the southerly ten (10) feet which is delimited for a ten (10) foot easement ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on July 9~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heartng having been duly given es required by lc;v end in accordence with the provi9ions of the AneheFm Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for end egainet seid proposed conditioael use and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; end WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inapection, investigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and after due consideretion of all evidence and reports oEfered et said hearing, does find and determine the fo:lowing fects: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Pertnit is authorized by this Code, to wit semi-public clubhouse and swimming pool on subjeci; property. 2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely ~~ffect the adjoining land nses end the growth and development oE the area in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development ofthe proposed use in e menner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peece, health, sefety, and generaI welfare of the Citizens oE the City of Maheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental to the peece, health, safety, and generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and proposed to carry the traffic in the area. 6. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, except that a ' six (6) foot masonry wall sliall be constructed on the north, west and east boundaries of sub3ect property and .that a chain link .fence shail be constructed on the south boundary of sub3ect !~ property. 2. Recordation of deed restrir,tions limiting the use of subject property for recreationali purposes only and for the exclusive use of the ~npexty owners of Tract No. 4612 and their guests. 3. Prohibition of any use of subject proper;.y ior which a business license will be rewired.
