WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing af the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
July 9~ 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving beep duly given as' cequi:ed by
lew end ih accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18:64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against seid proposed conditionel use end to investigete end make findings and recommendetions in.con~ection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and stud~ made by itself end in its behelf,
end after due consideretion of all evidence end ceports offered et said hearing, does find and deteemine the folloming facts: ~
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a dog kennel.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the growth and development of the area
in which it is proposed to be located, said area having been projected for light industrial
uses. •
