RESOLUTION_NOo 407, SERIES 1962-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMTSSiON OF THE CTTY OF ANAI-IEIM RECOMMENDI~ TO THE CITY COUNCIL TEIE AN~bIDN~NT OF TTTLE EIGHTEEN9 CHAPTER 18024, ZONING CODE -"R-1" ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE9 BY AIV~AID II~ SECTION 18a24o03Q (2) "SIDE YARD"9 SECTION 18<240030 (3) nREAR-YARD"9 SECTION 18,240030 (5) °FARKING AREASn, AAID ADDING SECTION 180240040 nCOVERAGE`° TO THE ANAHEIM MUNCTPAL CODEo WHEREAS, said Amendment adds in said Chapter provision fo provide for mini- mum side yard, rear yard, parking areas, and covexage for the above s~ecified zone; AND~ Wf~REAS, the City Planning Commission c?eems it necessary that the Zoning Code be amended to provide for minimum side yard, rear yard, parking areas, and cov- erage for above specified zone; AND, WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commission did initiate and conduct a public hearing on the 9th day of July, 19629 and did adopt said Amendment at a Regular Meeting on July 9, 1962q NOW~ THER.EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CiTY PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RECONNIEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFIE CITY OF ANAHEIM THE ADOPTION OF THE AN~NDII~NT TO TITLE EIGHI'EII~f, CHAPTER 18024 ZOIdING CODE -"R-1" ONE FA.l'iILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, OF TEIE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE AS FOLLOWS: Section 180240030 (2) - SIDE YARD~ Mir.imum side yard shall be five (5) feet~ Section 18o24~Q30 {3) - REAR YARD,. Minimum rear yard shall be twenty- five (25) feeto A~ Where an equal area is provided elsewhere on the lot, said rear yard may be reduced to ten (10) feeto In computing the equal area, side and rear yard areas may be included, but the required front yard area shall not be includedo B.
