A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIIVG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEINf
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 249 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel

ty situated in the City of Anaheim, County.of Orange, State of Celifornia, described as
Followss PARCEL N0. 1s The Westerly 90 feet of Lot 1 of Tract No. 796, in the City of
Anaheim, as shown ori a map thereof recorded in book 24, page 28, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County. PARCEL N0. 2e The West 90 feet of Lot 3 of Trac't No. 796,
in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 24, page 28, Miscellaneous

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public heaeing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
July 23t 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having beep duly given es required by
lew end in accocdence with the provisiona of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18:64, to hear and conside~ evidence
for end egainst said proposed conditional use and to ir~vestigate end make findings end cecommendetiona in connection
the:ewlth; end ~
WHEREAS, said Commiesion, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in its behelf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and ceports offered nt said hearing, does find end determine the following fads:
1. Thet the proposed use is propecly one foc which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code,to wit:
a planned unit Multiple Residential development.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and.the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locateda
3. That the area in which subject property is located is proposed f'or Single Family
Residential development under the proposed General Plan, and that the proposed use would
be incompatible to the proposed use by such a deviation from the General Plan.
4. That the applicant twice had been requested to ~uhmit revised plans, that the
hearing had been Nostponed twice in order to permit the petitioner time to submit said
revised plar.sy that the revised plans as ~submitted do not meet the standards as set for
multiple fa~nily developments~ and that to deny said petition would not be depriving the
petitioner of any rights which any other property owner in the surrounding area was granted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby deny subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit on the basis of the eforementloned findings. •
