Thet the petitioner requests a varience from the Anaheim Municipal Code: Section 18.24.030 (2) to complete construction of a six (6) foot masonry wall. 2. Thet there are exceptionel or extraordinaty ci~cumstences or conditiona appliceble to the prope~ty in•volved or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generelly to the property or cless of use in the same vicinity end zone. 3. Thet the requested varience is necessary for the preservation end enjoyment of a substentiel propedy right possesaed by other property in the seme vicinity end zone, and denied to the pmperty in question. 4. Thet the requested vedence will not be metedelly detrimental to the public welfere or inJurious to the pmp~ edy or Improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the propedy is loceted. ~ 5. Thet the cequested variance will not odversely affect the Comprehensive Genecai Plen. 6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
