A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM .
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1509 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commisaion of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance
fmm DAVID W. MacMATH, 1414 East E1m.Street, Anaheim,. CaLifornia, Gx~er of certain real
property eituated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and de-
scribed as follows: Lot No. 77 in Tract No. 1770, and further described as 1414 East Elm
Street; Anaheim, California

WHEREAS, the City Plenaing CommissIon did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on July 23~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heariag heving been duly given es ceqaired
by law and irt eccordance with the provieions of the Maheim MuninIpel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and coasider
evidence for and ageinst seid proposed vadance and to investigate and meke findings and recommrndetioas in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said CommisaIon, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behalf,
ead after due consideretlon of all evidence and repoda offered es seid headng, does find and deteemine the following
facte:
1. That the petitioner requests a varien~e fmm the Meheim Municipel Code: SeCtioR 18.24.030 (3) to
construct a faniily room addition to an existing single family residence.
2. Thet there ere exceptional or extreordinery circumstences or conditions appllceble to the property involved
or to the intended uae ~f the propeety thet do not epply generelly to the property or class of us;:• in the seme vicinity
