A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2004-89 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2004, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 2004-88 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit in effect from January 2, 2004,
through January 12, 2006; and
~-- WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical in article 33 Bereavement Leave the
words "of the employee's spouse' were omitted from 33.1 and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 2004-89, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the attached Article 33 (Bereavement Leave) is corrected nunc pro tunc to include the
above referenced corrections and hereby substituted in place and instead of the original
Article 33.1 to Resolution No. 2004-89; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein Resolution
No. 2004-89 shall remain in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 12th day of April 2005.
