A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEiS§
THI#T PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1510 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiseion of the City of Anaheim did receive a vedfled Petltion for Vedence
from RUDOLPH WESNERp 10~6 West Romneya~ Maheim9 California9 Owner of certain real property
situated in the Ci~y of Anaheimy County of Orange, State of California, as descri,bed in
Exhfbit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim
on August 69 19629 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of aeid public heacing heviag been duly given as requimd
by lew and in accordance with the pmvisiona of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end conaider
evidence for and egeinst seid proposed veriance and to investlgate and meke findings end recommendations in connec-
tlon therewlth; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due iaspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf,
end eftet due eonsideretion of ell evidence and repods offered as seid hearIng, does find end detecmine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Muaicipal Code: ~Section 18o32e080 (3) to alter
an existing residence into a duplexa
2. Thet thece are exceptional or extrao~dinery circumatences or conditloas applicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generelly to the property or class of use in the seme vlcinity
and zone.
3. Thet the requested varience is necessery for the preaervation ond eajoymeat of a substentiel property right
possessed b~ other propecty in the seme vlcinity and zone, end denied to the pmpecty in question.
4. That the requested varience will not be matedally detrimentel to the public welfere or injurious to the pmp-
erty or impmvements in such vicinity and zone in which the propeety ia located.
5. Thet the requested vedence will not adversely effect the Compreheasive Generel Plen.
