WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspeCion, investigation, and study'made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due conaideration of ell evidence and reports offere3 at sald hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the pioposed use is propetly one for which a Conditional,Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: a children's dance instruction studio~~
2. Thet the proposed use will not advec~ely affect the edjoining lend uses and the gtowth and development of
the area in which it ie proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development ofthe
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the perticuler erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thet the g~anting of the Conditionel Use Petmit under the rnndltiona imposed, if any, will noC be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, end geneeal welfaee of the Citizena ofthe City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon
the streets and hlghways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao ,
