described in Er,hibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in fuli

August 6~ 19E~2~ at 2:00 o'clock P.ll9., notice of seid public headng heving been duly given as required by
lew end in acco:dance with the nrovisions of the Maheim MunicIpel Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence

2o Thai; the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoiming land uses and the growth
