WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
August 20~ 1962, at 2:00 o'~lock P.M., notice of said public hearing having 6eep duly given es required by
law end i'n eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municlpal Code, Cheptet 18:64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egainst seid proposed conditionel use and to investigete and make findings and recommendatIon~ in connection
theeewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, end atudy made by itaelf and in its.behelf,
and after due cronsideretion of all evidence and repo~ts offe:ed et seid hearing, does find and detem~ine the following facta: ~
1. 1"net the proposed use is propedy one for which e Conditional Use Permit is suthorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a hofbrau`type taverne
2'£hat the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3, That the proposed use would be incompatible with the trailer park which is in
close proximity to subject property.
~F. That the Commission denied a similar request two months ago by the petitioner
for subject property, and that the conditions have not changed since that denial.
5. That three persons appea.red in opposition to sub3ect petition, one of whom
presented a petition signed by 73 persons opposing sub~ect petitiona

NOW,,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby deny subject
Fetition for Conditional Use Permit on the besis o£ the afocementioned findings.
