McNF.f~S,. 1752 S.outh Haster Street, Anaheim, California, Owner; ANAHEIA4 MDOSE 1ADGE .1853,, .133~ North.Los Angeles Str~et, Anaheim, Californie, Agents ~of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as descr,ibed in Exhibit A attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ; end R'HEREAS, the City Plenning Commisslon did hold e public headng et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Aut~USt 20~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of aeid public hearing heviag been duly given as required by lew and in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heer and consider evidence for and egainst said proposed conditlonal use end to inveatlgate and make fiadings end cecommendetIons in connection therewith; and . WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and atudy'made by itself end in Its behelf, end efter due consideration of ell evidence and reporta offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. That the ptopoaed use is properly one for wliich a Conditional.Uae Pennit :s fluthorized by this Code, to wit: establish a fraternal lodge with sale of alcoholic b§verages to niembers~and their guests in an existinq building. 2. That the proposed use will not edversely affect the edjoining land uses and the gtowth end development of the azea in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and ahape of the aite propoaed fot the use is adequate to allow the full development of the ptapoaed use in a manner not detdmental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end genarel welfere of th~s ClUzens of the Ci2y of Mehetm. 4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Pem~it undet the conditions imposed, if eny, will not 6e detrimental to the peace, health, safety, end general welfere of the Citizena of the City of Aneheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. 6. That no one appeared in opposition to sub3ect petitiono ( _} ~ ; _~} -`~` ~~^" '.• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT`KESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which a:e hereby found to be a neces~eiy prerequ;site to tha proposed use of the subject p:operty in orde~ to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City bf Aneheim: ' 1. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation o~ all improvements for the 100 foot of frontage on Manchester Avenue, including one driveway approach, abutting the property upon which the sub3ect building is located, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in the office of the City Engineer. 2. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes for 100 feet of frontage on Manchester Avenue, or installation of street lights on said portion of Manchester ~ Avenue, in accordance with a street lighting plan approved by the Director of Public Utilities. • 3. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection. 4. Time ~limitation of 180 days for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1 and 2. 5. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Noso 1, 2, and 3. 6. Installation of a minimum six (6) foot strip of landscaping along the frontage road property line of subject property ad~acent to the proposed lodge building, plans for ; said landscaping to be submitted to and subject to tne approval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance and said landscaping to be installed prior to the issuance of a Business License. ; THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed end epproved by me this 20th day of August~ 1962.
