PC 1962-1963-466• !. _.'. :~. , v, RGSOLU I N NO. 466, SERIES 1962-63 '~ f A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION SOR CONDYTIONAL USE PERMIT 290 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the Cit Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permitfrom SICiNAL ~IL and GAS OOMPANY~ 1010 Wilshire Boulevard~ Los Angeles 17, California, O~yner; TED CRUCHI.EY~.624 East Evergreen Street, Monrovia, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described ih Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the Clty Plenning Commission did hold a publlc heedng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on AUguSt 20~ 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hea:ing having been duly given as requiced by law and in eccoedence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and egainst seid proposed conditional use and to investigete end meke findinge and cecommendetions in connectIon therewith; end WHEREAS, seid Commission, after.due inspection, iavestigation, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and aftes due consideration of all evidence end :eports offered at said heacing, does find end determine the following fects: 1. That the proposed use is prope:ly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish an automatic car wash. 2. Thet the proposed u~e will not udversely eEfect the adjoining land uses end tho giowth end development of the erea in which it is proposed to be located. 't' 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the us~ is adequete to allow the full development of the proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the pnrticulnr erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare ;o of the CiGzens of the City of A~naheim. 4. Thet the gwnting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditiona impoaed, if any, will not be detrimental ` to the peace, healt~i, sefety, and general welface of the Citizens of the City of Anel~eim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden ? upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the aiea. ~~ 6o That no one appeared in opposition.to sub~ect petition< . ;; f ,~ . , !i ,F Cl-G -1- ;'t . ~ ' - ;, ) i~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby gwnt subject Petitiun for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere heceby found to be e necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject peoperty in o:der to preserve the safety end general welface of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: • 1. Payment of $2v00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Lincoln Avenue and State College Boulevardo 2. Time limitation of one hundsed eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item No. 1. 3. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nose 1 and 2 except that an eight (8) foot masonry wall shall be constructed on the west boundary of subject property which may serve as an outside wall bf the structure. 4. Installation of a six (6) foot ma~onry wall on the south boundary of sub3ect property, pr:or to Final Building Inspection. 5. Installation of a minimum six (6) foot strip of landscaping along the State College B~ulevard and Lincoln Avenue rights-of-way of subject property~ plans for said landscaping to be submitted to and subject to the approval of the.Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance prior to Final Building Inspection. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and epproved by me this 20th day of August~ 1962.
