Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel ,Use Permit is suthorized by this Code, to wit: establish a Churcho 2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely affect the edjoining land uses end the growth and development of the area in whIch it is proposed to be located. 3. ThaE the size and ahepe of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the fi:ll development of the proposed use in e menner not detdmentel to the pecticular erea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of MeheIm. 4. Dedication of forty-five (45) feet from the monumented centerline of Orange Avenue ; (20 feet existing). ~ 2. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for Orange Avenue, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted ~ standard plans on file in the off ice of the City Engineer, i 3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street 13ghting purposes on Orange Avenue. 4. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection. 5. Installation of fire hydrants, as determ3ned to be necessary by the City of Anaheim Fire Department, to provide adequate fire protection. 6o Time limitation of one hundred eighty (180) days for the a ccomplishment of Item Nos. 1, 2, and 3. 7e Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit No. lo _ 8.
