WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inepection, inveatlgaUon, and study mede by itaelf and in ite behalE,
aad aEter due consideratioa of ell evidence and iepods offered es seid headng, does find and detem~ine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitioner requests e varience from the Aneheim MuniciFel Code: Section 18.32.020 which
stipulates permitted uses in the R-3 Multiple Family Residential, Zone to permit the sales
a~rl service of automobiles on subject property.
2. Thet the:e ere exceptionel or extraordinary circumstences or conditiars appliceble to the property involved
oi to the intended use of th,e progerty thet do not epply generally to the property or cleas of use in the seme vicinity
aad zone,
3. Thet the cequested varlence is necessery for the presecvetion end enjoyment of a substential proped~ dght
