A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C1TY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 298 BE GRANTED
WHERGAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did ceceive e vetified Petltion foe Conditionel

FRANK CARSON~ 9101 Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, Califox~nia, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as followss The
West 80 feet of the North 215 feet of thp east 5 acres of the north half of the north-
east quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4, South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, and in the County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recordad in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the county recorder of said countyo EXCEPT the North 66 feet thereof

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on

WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigetion, and study' mede by itself end in its beh'alf, end
after due consideeation of all evidence and repoda offe:ed et said hearing, does find and determine the fallowing facts:
2. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel ,Use Pecmit is euthorized by this Cede, to
wit: the sale of bottle beer in con3unction with food servicea
2. That the p:oposed use will not adveraely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth end development of
the, azea in which it is ptoposed to be loceted.
• 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed foe the use is adequete to allow the full development of the
propoaed use in n manner not detrimentel to the pecticulse area noe to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfere
of the Citizena of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditiona imposed, if atry, will not be detrlmentel
to the peace, h~alth, sefety, aed general welfare of the Citizena of the City of Aneheim. '
5o That the traff ic generated by the p~oposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and hi.ghways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6o That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitione
