WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
September 5~ 14629 at 2:00 o'clock ~.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in eccocdence with the pcovisions of the Meheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said p:oposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings end recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behelf, end
after due consideration of ell eviden~e and xeports offeced et said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the pcoposed use is pcoperly one for which e Conditionel ,Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: construct and maintain an international trucking company headquarterso
2. Thet !he p:oposed use will not edveesely affect the adjoining lend uses and the gcowth end development of
the aeea in which itis proposed to be located.
3. Thet the siae and shepe of the site pcoposed for the use is adequete to allow the f¢ll development of the
proposed .~se in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler a:ea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere
of the ClGzens of the City of Meheim.
4. That :he granting of the Conditional Use Permit un3er the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detdmentel
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfeie of the Citizens of the City of Anehei
5. Th~t the t'raffic generated by the proposed use will no~~impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways desigtted and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That the applicants be encouraged to plan their facilities so that the design
is ? functional 2nd integral part of the structure rather than an embellishment thereon,

~ Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere heceby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: •
1. Installation of driveways on Ball Road in accordance with the adopted standard
plans on file in the Off ice of the City Engineer prior to Final Building Inspection.
2. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined 6y the Department of
Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection.
3. Development substantially in accordance w:th Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
