described in Exhibit "A"•attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth` in full

1. Thet trie petitioner proposes a reclessificetion of the ebove described pmperty from the R-A~ Residential
Agricultural, Zone to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to construct a six (6) unit
apartment building.
2. That the proposod reclessiGcation of aubJect property is aecessery end/or desireble for the orderly and pro-
per development of the community.
3. Thet the proposed reclessiflcation of subject property does properly relate •to the zones and their petmitted
uses locelly estab?ished in close proximity to subject pmpedy end to the zones and theic petmitted uses geaer~fly esteb-
liahed throughout the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subje~t pr~perty does require dsdication for
and standard improvement of abutting streets because said property does relatea to and
abut upon streets and highways which are proposed to carry the type and quantity of traffic,
