Petitioa for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditiona which aee hereby found to be a neceaeary pretequIsite
to the pxoposed use of the sub)ect property in order to pieserve the safety and generel welfere ofthe Citizens of the
City of Meheim: •
1. Dedicatian of forty-five (45) feet from the monumented center.line of Orange Av.enue
(40 feet existing)o
2. Dedication of fifty (50) feet from tha monumented centerline of Knott Avenue (30 feet
existing).
3. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty. (180). days for the accomplishment of Item
Nos~ 1 and 2.
4. Development substantiall in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
5. Construction of a six l6~ foot masonry wall along the south property line of sub~ect
property, abutting thz existing multiple family residential alle~r, pr.ior to ~inal Building

6. Installation of sidewalks on the Orange and Knatt Avenues frontage nf sub3ect prop-
erty at the request of the City Engineer, with the relocation of steps on Orange Avenue
