Dedication of th3rty-two (32~ feet from the monumented centerline of South Street (30 feet existing). 2. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for South Street, sub~ect to the approval of the City Engineer and in accoxdance with the adopted standard plans on .file 3n .the office of. .the City Engineer. 3. Installation of fire hydrants, as determined tq be necessary by the City of Anaheim Fire Dep.artment, to provide adequate.f ire protection. 4. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to_F3na1 Building Inspection. • 5. Time limitatiun nf one hundrad and.eighty (.180) days.for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1 and 2. 6. . De.velapment~substantially in.accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3 as amended. 7. Development of~ful~i improved parking facilities ae indicated on Exhibit No. 3, in accord- ance with Code requirements. 8.
