A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION O~0'~iE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL U5E PERMIT BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e verified Petition for Condit:~nel
Use Permitfrom BUENA VISTA O~NVALESCENT HOSPITAL~ 1682 Buena Vista, Anaheim, California, Owners;;
INA WALKER~ 1670 Buena Vista, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated ~
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full j

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
September 17~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of aeid public hearing heving been duly given ns requiced by
law end in accordance with the proviaions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heur end consider evidence
for end against said proposed conditionel use end to investlgete and meke findings and rernmmendotions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in its behelE, end
efter due consideration of all evidence end repoets oEfered et seid heacing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditionol.Uae Permit is nuthocized by this Code, to
wit: an addition of fifteen rooms to an existing rest home.
2. Thet the proposed use will not edveraely effect the adjoining lend uses end the groarth end development of
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. Thet the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development ofthe
proposed use in e menner not detdmental to the padiculer acea nor to the peace, health, seEety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the grantlng of the CondItionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detcimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welEere of the Citizens of the City of AnaSeim.
5o That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designe~l and improved to ~arry the ~raffic in the area.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition. ~

2. Development subsiantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
. 3. Subject to reclassification of the entire subject property to the C-1, Neigh-
borhood Commercial, Zone.
A. Provision of fully improved parking in accordance with Code requirements, prior
to Final Building Inspection.
5. Provision of .improved landscaping of the Buena Vista right-of-way, and improve-
ment of. the parkway with the installation of proper.landscaping, said landscaping plans to
be submitted to and subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance
and said~landscaping to be installed prior to Final Building Inspection.
