That nv one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition9 Rl-A ---vca ~ ~ . . ~~'~ - , -1- ~ ~ ~~ ~„ wr ~ ~F~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Meheim City Planning~~mmission doea hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Aneheim thet subject Petition for Reclassification be appmved and, by so doing, thet Title 1&Zoning of the Aneheim Municipel Code 6e amended to exclude the above described propetty from the R-p, Residential Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described.property in the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the sub~ect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Magnolia Street. 2. Provision of standard trash starage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection. 3a .
