Vr . ~.~~ ~`... ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant sub+ect Petition for" Variance, upon the following conditions which ace hereby found to be a necessery pcerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject p:operty in ordec to p~eserve the safety and generel welfe:e of the Citiiens of the City of Anahelm. 1. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection. 2. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit No. 1 as amended. 3. Installation of a minimum six (6) foot wide strip of landscaping on the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone portion of sub3ect.property.where it abuts.the Katella Avenue highway ~ right-of-way, together with the installation of tree wells in accordance with Exhibit No. 1 in the parkway poxtions of the Katell.a Avenue and Haster Street rights-of-way abutting subject property, plans.for said landscaping to be submitted to and subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance and to be installed prior to Final Building Inspection. 4. Installation of a three and one half (3~) foot high masonry wall along the southerly portion of the service station property to separate the service station from the proposed access drive.
