RESOLUTION N0. 522. SERIES 1962-63
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR ~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 289 USES BE APPROVID
WHEREAS, the City Planning.Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a request
for. clarification of Condition No. 15 of Conditional Use Permit No. 289, to wits that
the proposed professional buildinq be of single story construction, and that the entire
development be limited to medical and professional office uses only; and
WHEREAS, said request was discussed with reference to the original hearing on said
Conditional Use Permit No. 289.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVID that Resolution No. 465 shall be interpreted to have
