A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI.TY OF ANAHEIfd '
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIpNAL USE PERMIT 319 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permit from GBDRGE Po McCI.AINy 112 East Rosslynn9 Fullertonq Califox~iay Owner of certain
.real property situated in the City of Anaheim9 County of Orange,state of California9
described as Lot Nose 11 and 12 in Tract No~ 304, and furthe•r described as 946 North Los
Angeles Street, Anaheim9 California
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiseion did hold a publlc hearing at the Clty Hell in th~ City of Aneheim on '
NoVembe'r 14y 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in acco:dence with the provi~ions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings end recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspectioa, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional ,Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: estab'lish e~•e~ail tire service, exclusive of recappingo
2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely effect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the atea in which it is proposed to be locqted. '
3. That the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is edequete to Allow the fall development ofthe
proposed use in e menner not detrimentol to the particuler acea nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditionei Use Permit under the conditions impoaed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5o That the t•raffic generated by the proposed use wi11 not 3mpose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways desiqnad and improved to carry the traffic in the area~
6, That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitiono

NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Maheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Qefition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere heceby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to presecve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: ~
lo Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public
Works, Sanitation Division9 prior to the issuance of a Business Licenseo '
2o Striping of the parking area sub3ect to the approval of Development Review, prior- '
to the issuance of a Business License.
3o A'l1 tire work shall be conducted within the existing building, and shall not be
conducted in the open~
4o No siorage or display of any•kind shall be permitted on the outside of the structure;:
exclusive of trash storage in the required trash stora~,e area.
