RENBAR INC., 1422 North Central Park Avenue, Anaheim, California, Agents of certafn real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as followss That portion of the West half of Lot 11 of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision, as
per Map recorded in Book 442, pacje 158 of Deeds in the office of the county recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, (the East line of said West half .to be the same as the West line
of the land conveyed to Nettie Eygabroad by deed recorded G~arch 15, 1909, in Hook 163, page,
387 of Deeds of said Orange County) described as follows: Beginning at a point on the

by lew and in accocdsnce with the pmvisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chsptet 1~f.i2, to hear aad~ coneider evi-
dence for and egeinst aeid proposed eeclessiflcation and to investigate end meke findittge and recommendetions in
connection therewith: end
WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, eftar due inepection, investigetion, and atudy made by itself end in~ its behelf,
end after due considecation of all evidence and repuds offered at said headng, does find and detetmiae the followiag
facts:
1. That the petitionea proposes a reclaeaifica;lon of the ebove described property from the 1?-p~ Residential
Agricultural, Zone to the C-1, Neighborhood Cortunercial, Zone to permit the remodeling of an
existing residential structure for professional uses. ~
2. That, although'the requested zone classif ication is in accordance with the Preliminary
General Plan, the manner in which the petitioner proposed to use sub3ect property for a period
of 16 months, would be detrimental to the area in which subject property is sttuated. '
3. That no one opposod sub~ect petition.
