etipulates permitted uses in the R-lo Sinyle Family Reaidential, Zone~ to permi.t i;he
e~tablishment of a beauty salon within en existing resid~ncee
2. That there are no exceptional or extraordinery circumetances or conclitione
applicable to the property involved or ta the intended nae of tNe property that do not apply
generally to the prope•rty or class of use in the same vicinity and zon~eo
