That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditlonel.Use Pe~it is authorized by thie Code, to wit: establish a Hofbrauo 2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect the edjoIning land uses end the growth aad development of the area in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and shape of the site propoaed for thR use is adequate to allow the full development of ~he propoaed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peece, health, sefety, end generel welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Meheim. 4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the condltions impoaed, if any, will not be detrimentel to the peace, health, sefery, and genewl welie~e of the Citlzena of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upor~ the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area, 6. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition. .
