NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEU thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby tecommend
to the rity Council of the. City of Maheim that'subjecE Petition for ~tecleasi8cetioa be eppmved and, by so doing,
thet Tifle 18-Zoniag of the Anaheim Municipal .Code be emended to exclude the ebove descdbed property from the
G1, Neighborhood.Commar.ciaa., Zone to incorporate said described property into the R-3,
Multiple Family Residential, Zone, upon the f~llowing conditions which are hereby found to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the
safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahein.
1. Subject to the,approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 304.
