WHEREAS, the Ciry Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on

1. Thet th~ proposed use i~ properly one for which a Conditional,Use Permit is authodzed by this Code, to
wit: establish a twe,ntY (20) unit motel in the Disneyland area.

the azea in which it is pcoposed to be.located. '
3. That the aize and ahepe of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full devel~pmcnt of the
proposed usa in a mennec not detrimentel to the pertlculer area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfaee
of the Citizens of the City of Ana~heim.
4. Thet the geaating of Ute CondiGonel Use Fe:mit under the conditions impoaed, if any, will not be detdmentel
to the peece, heelth, sefety, end general welface of th~ Citizena of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burdeq
•' upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the aFea.
6. That the petitioner stipuLated that the air-conditioning units shal l be installed
in the vralls of each unit and shall not extend on the outer wall no more than is necessary
to install the necessary vent and drain for said air conditioning units.
