NbW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim Ciry Plenning1Commiasion doea hereby ceeommend to the City Council of the City of Aneheim Wet subJect Pefltion for Reclaeaification be approved amd, by so doing, that Title 1&Zoning oE the Aneheim Municipal Code be emended to ezclude the above de~cribed property fmm the R-A~ Res.idential Agriculkuxals.Zone and.to..incorporats said descxibed property in the R-3, Multiple FamiYy.Residential,..Zone upon the follwKing conditions which are hereby found to be-a necASeary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject propeTty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. Dedication of thirty-two (32) feet from the monumented centerline of Romneya Drive (20 feet existing). • 2. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for Rom- neya Drive, sub3ect to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer, 3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Ramneya Drive. 4. Payment of' a Park and Recreation Fee of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be collected as part of the Building Permit. ' 5. Provision of trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, 8anitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection. 6. Fire hydrants shall be installed as required by the City of Anaheim Fire Department. 7. Access drives shall be a minimum of 21 feet, if adequate angle cut-offs are provided 2g foot minimum if no cut-offs are provided, and in all cases, shall have a minimum vertical clearance of fourteen (14) feet.
