RESOLUTION OF THE CITY FLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITIOI~ FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0.344_ gE DENIED 1. ~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditianal Use Per.nit from ELVEE~ INC., 200 West Midway Dr3ve, Maheim, California, Ownersy L. V. BOSIWICK, 200 West Midway Dr.ive, Anaheim, .California,. Agent of cextain.real pxoperty situated in the City of Anaheim, County.of Orange, State.of California described as Lot No. 26 in Block 1 t of Tract No. 419, as shown on a Map reco~ded in Book 16, page 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California =i! :~ `' ~ iij ;,~ , and WHEF.E~:S, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on January 7~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heering having beep duly given es required by law and ia accocslance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence i;~' for and against said proposed conditional use and' to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection !'~ the~ewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by' itself and in its behelf, ;•~ and aEter due consideration of ell evidence and seports offered et seid hearing, does find end determine the following fads: ~ i~ 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: 'i establish a trailer park facility on subject property. ;~ 2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the 1 growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. ~ 3. That subject property was classified into the M-1, Light Manufacturing Zone `.~ under Reclassification No. 61-62-37, on the assumption that the tier of lots, of which sub- I ject property is a part, could be developed for industrial use as presently exists on the abutting properties to the east and on three parcels to the south of subject property, and that Zeyn Street would be the dividing line between the industrial and residential development.`~ 4.
