Maheim, California, Owners; HAUPTMAN - ISAAC --- R. E. JOHNSON, 1741-.D South Euclid Avenue, Anaheim, California, Agents of ~eriain real.~roperty situated.in the. City of Anaheim, Cnunty of Otange, fitate of Cal- ifornia describe3ias.the West half of the Northeasi: quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County ~ ; and WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public headng at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on January 7, 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving beep duly given as cequired by lew end in accordance with the pmvisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and egainst snid proposed conditional use and to inveatIgate end meke findings end recommendetions in connection therewith; and . WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investlgetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and nfter due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered et seid heuring, doea find end detecmine the following fecta: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit is authodzed by this Code, to wit: establish a single story planned-unit multiple family residential development with carports. 2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad~oining land uses and the growth and development of the.area in which it is proposed to be located. 3• That subject development is incumpatible with the proposed density development of subject property as indicated on the Preliminary General Plan. 4. That subject property is surrounded by R-1, One Family Residential, Zone de- velopment, and, therefore, should not be developed with a residential density in excess ~ cF seven (7) dwelling units per acre. 5• That two persons appeared in opposition to subject petition.
